What to expect in the meditative sound journey session
Let yourself be taken on a deep, meditative, relaxing and healing journey with sounds and music. You’ll be laying or sitting down, wrapped up in a blanket, nice and comfortable, while we play a variety of instruments including drums, gongs, singing bowls, flutes, didgeridoo and Katerina’s new addition…. the monochord.
Our Icaros and songs will be woven into the sounds.
Together we will drop into a quiet meditative place and surrender to music. Each journey is a different experience but always very relaxing and expansive. You’ll be leaving feeling uplifted, lighter and thoroughly cleansed.
Sound therapy is widely known to:

clear the mind and relax the body
improve sleep and energy
ease trauma symptoms
help with chronic pain
find a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm and happiness
